• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Finance and Accountancy
• Preferably specialising in Finance or General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Key responsibilities:

• Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
• Prepare balance sheet.
• Tracking and reconcile bank statements.
• Support day to day transactions, monthly expenses and payroll.
• Maintaining cash reports and managing invoices.
• Files required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
• As appropriate, coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software system; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Provide office administrative support.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Requirements:

• Good command in English.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent inter-personnel and communication skills and ability to connect with a larger team for achieving tighter timelines/deadlines.
• Ability grasps new business processes, key technicalities within a shorter period.
• Ability to gather, assess, and present industry and market information.
• Ability to travel within and outside Malaysia frequently with short notice.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
