Company Description We are a Sarawak based company providing Healthcare Asset Lifecyle Management services to all healthcare industries. Currently we have bases at all government hospitals in the Sarawak state. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role at Biomedix Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuching for a Finance Executive (Accountant). The Finance Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with finance, including maintaining financial statements, developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. The Finance Executive will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting software and financial reporting. Qualifications Experience managing and analyzing financial statements with strong analytical skills Experience in finance and familiarity with accounting principles Knowledge and experience in managing Taxes such as Sales and service Tax (SST), Goods and Services Tax (GST) and etc. Experience in creating financial reports and financial reporting Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills s: Manage all accounting transactions Prepare budget forecasts Publish financial statements in time Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Report on the company\'s financial health and liquidity Audit financial transactions and documents Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Comply with financial policies and regulations
