About the Role
We are seeking an
Executive (Accounting & Corporate Services)
to join the team. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to manage a client portfolio while working closely with the Director and mentoring interns. The role covers accounting, payroll, and corporate service functions, with exposure to
business and investment consultancy projects
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services
Handle accounting, financial reporting, payroll, GST, tax, and related corporate service functions
Support supervisors in liaising with clients and executing assigned tasks
Respond to client accounting/audit queries in a professional and timely manner
Supervise and review the work of interns, providing guidance and training where necessary
Assist in business and investment consultancy assignments
Support cloud-based system integrations (e.g. Xero, POS, inventory, payroll, OCR)
Contribute to business development initiatives for both new and existing clients
About You

Based in
Johor Bahru
with flexibility to travel to
Singapore
1-2 days a week
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Accountancy or related discipline
Minimum
1-2 years' experience
in accounting or finance
Experience with
full set of accounts
and client servicing
Audit experience and familiarity with
Xero
or
QuickBooks Online
preferred
Strong communication skills; able to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences
Positive, "can-do" attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and general cloud systems
Experience with
API or cloud integrations
is a plus
Open to
