Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for treasury related activities involving forex hedging, cash flow planning and support in treasury related projects. The incumbent is also required to perform daily routine treasury operational functions.Duties and Responsibilities * To manage foreign exchange matters according to company\'s policy including manage forex gain/loss daily.

• Cash and bank management including planning, managing and optimizing available cash balances.
• To handle multicurrency transactions.
• To co-ordinate with banker for banking related activities.
• To reconcile daily banking transactions.
• To support and report on daily routine treasury operational functions.
• To support daily operation process including trade and non trade matters
• To prepare accounting entries into the accounting system timely.
• To assist superior on monthly closing related matters.
• To assist superior to liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, etc to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• To assist superior on all kind of reporting matters.
• To handle ad-hoc matters/ projects assigned, office administration and any other operational matters.

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in treasury role.
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Accounting software.
• Knowledge is MYOB (ABSS) system will be an added advantage.

• Experience in Forex, liquidity cash flow and financial instrument.
• Meticulous, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge on accounting entries is required.
• Able to work under pressure with less supervision and must be a self-starter.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to build relationships with different stakeholders.
