Job Responsibilities

Identified retail and business clients on boarding requirements
Crafted the process for better admission and monitoring.
Understand the requirement on each process.
To be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Creating smooth and straight thru process for on boarding process.
Managing relationship with internal and external clients on merchants acquiring and on boarding.
Identifies requirement for better process.
Participate in current business growth proposals entered by Banks to both new and existing customers.
Responsible for promoting all e-Banking\xe2\x80\x99s products and services to have organic business growth opportunities, presented and deal with RM\xe2\x80\x99s and Deposit Manager.
To manage engagement with internal clients related to process, policy and procedure.
Process on boarding merchants with offered services.
Understand all services function and requirements.
To develop and report statistical information regarding performance of the services.
Acquiring/Partnership development report.
Financial and marketing report.
Ensure to comply with all relevant BNM, PayNet and Bank policies and guidelines and operational risk in day to day operations and escalating potential issue immediately.
