About your role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Allocation Executive to support our daily operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination of vehicle preparation, documentation, and test drive activities, helping us deliver an excellent customer experience every day.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and ensure all vehicle preparation requests are handled promptly and accurately. Respond quickly to car key and vehicle blocking requests from the logistics team to ensure safe handling. Prepare and update Puspakom inspection reports in a timely manner. Manage requests and scheduling for test drives and customer viewing sessions. Generate and maintain daily Test Drive Reports and data entries in Lark Base. Handle Trade Plate Requests and ensure key storage procedures are followed at the end of each day. Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements

Minimum SPM, or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field. 1-2 years of experience in automotive inspection or quality control is preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results under pressure. A team player with good communication and coordination abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willing to take ownership of tasks and meet performance targets (KPI & AHT). Knowledge of compliance, documentation, or logistics handling is an advantage.
