Job Overview:
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Administration department to handle tasks related to office administration.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for overall general office administration, such as managing office supplies, equipment, maintenance and reception duties.
Maintain office inventory & supplies
Maintain client & vendor database
Attend phone call, walk-in & email enquiries or complaints
Assist in procurement & expenditure requisition such as sourcing for quotations, tabling comparisons and preparing purchase orders
Assist in arranging for appointments/meetings and take notes/minutes where necessary
Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
Requirements:
Minimums possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or the equivalent.
Preferable 1-2 years of experience working in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Computer literate.
Positive and proactive attitude towards work.
Good written and spoken proficiency in English and local dialects.
Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
