We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team as an
Executive, Administration
for the School of Business at MUST. This position plays a key role in supporting the school's daily operations, academic programmes, and staff/student affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational matters of the School.
Assist the Head of School and academic staff with scheduling, meetings, and documentation.
Manage student records, correspondence, and academic-related processes (e.g., timetables, assessments, and attendance).
Liaise with internal departments such as Registry, HR, Finance, and Marketing to support academic operations.
Prepare reports, memos, and minutes of meetings when required.
Support the planning and execution of academic events, workshops, and meetings.
Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an academic setting.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Experience using student management systems or academic software.
Familiarity with university procedures and academic regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
