Filing documents and maintaining organized records
Managing office supplies and inventory
Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized and safe.
Helping to coordinate office maintenance when needed.
Assisting senior management with special projects (Mamee Jonker House)
Managing databases and ensuring they are updated regularly.
Ordering office supplies (cleaning essential, courier flyers) and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
Reply to all inquiries on social media (Instagram and facebook)
Help to proceed payment for every office purchase
Always standby for any ad-hoc task from your superior.
