1. To make the flight booking and other travel arrangement (as and when requested) within the approved budget for Office staff
2. Assist to check staff claim
3. Assist in overall training process starting from receiving staff / HOD's application, rent a training room, booking food and beverages, collate training evaluation and apply training application through HRDcorp system
4. Maintain office supply inventories
5. Assist to monitor, tracking and maintaining records for company's property and
vehicles; incl. road tax, insurance, contract/agreement, monitor vehicle fuel card for top management.
6. Administer thumb print access system, update and prepare attendance report
7. Coordinate maintenance of office equipment; including tracking and monitor scheduled maintenance for printers, photocopier machine, Coway water treatment machine and air conditioning
8. Adhoc duty as Duty Officer after office hours, to ensure safety in the office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
