The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role includes handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and schedules, managing documents and correspondence, and supporting departmental operations in a professional and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence handling.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or senior staff.
Maintain and update internal databases, records, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
Prepare reports, memos, letters, presentations, and other documents as required.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other corporate activities.
Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
