About the Role

We're building one of Malaysia's fastest-growing health & wellness affiliate ecosystems,

and we're looking for an Affiliate Operations Executive to help us keep the engine running

smoothly.

You'll be the backbone of our affiliate operations by handling performance reports,

onboarding processes, data tracking, and campaign analysis for hundreds of affiliates

promoting Olive House & DeVenus products across platforms like OnPay, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.

Responsibilities:

Data & Reporting:

Extract, clean, and prepare affiliate sales and performance reports. Track growth trends, conversion rates, and campaign results weekly and monthly.
Performance & Analysis:

Maintain leaderboard and incentive dashboards. Identify top performers and highlight growth opportunities.
Onboarding & Affiliate System:

Manage affiliate onboarding flow and sample requests. Update OnPay affiliate database and assist new joiners.
Campaign & Field Operations:

Support campaign tracking, attendance lists, and event reporting. Coordinate with Marketing and Warehouse for affiliate activities.
Process Improvement:

Suggest new ways to improve efficiency, reporting structure, and affiliate experience.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in reporting, sales coordination, or operations. Strong in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot, cleanup). Basic understanding of affiliate or e-commerce systems (OnPay/TikTok/Shopee). Detail-oriented, structured thinker, and loves clean data. Independent, proactive, and comfortable working cross-departmentally.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
