Job Description


OBJECTIVES OF POSITION Ensure the operational functions of the REIT Unit relating to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s trusteeship for unit trust funds are managed and discharged effectively and efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION 1. Attend to any requisitions/proposals related to REITs and another relevant submission to the authorities.
2. Execute financing documents under REIT including preparing the notice of lease rental, disbursement, rollover, purchase requisition, letter of agency and bank guarantee.
3. Maintain the tenancy information for each REIT\xe2\x80\x99s properties and monitor the REIT\xe2\x80\x99s obligations under any financing terms and conditions.
4. Opening of money market, current and distribution accounts and authorising transactions for money market and fund transfer into the back-office system.
5. Monitor designated account(s) and payment for distribution of REIT.
6. Prepare, monitor and manage of various payments due under REIT via cheque or telegraphic transfer and daily payment listing /cash flow.
7. Attend meetings/briefing/site visits with related parties and prepare report.
8. Ensure any errors are reported to the HOU and HOD and rectification of the errors is done properly.
9. Prepare proposal/memo approval for the appointment of 3rd Party/tenancy / REIT\xe2\x80\x99s properties.
10. Ensure proper execution of drawing plan / forms for REIT\xe2\x80\x99s properties.
11. Entertain clients\xe2\x80\x99 requests from time to time. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE \xc3\x98 Degree / professional qualification in Real Estate Management / Building & Property Management / Accountancy / Finance / Business / Law and other related courses from a recognized university/college.
\xc3\x98 At least two (2) years of working experience with a Trust Company and/or relevant experience in Capital Market and banking industry will be an added advantage. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE \xc3\x98 Able to convincingly communicate with all levels of people.
\xc3\x98 Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
\xc3\x98 High interest in relevant local and international capital markets and the banking industry
\xc3\x98 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Outlook
\xc3\x98 Meticulous, organized and detail-oriented.
\xc3\x98 Possess good interpersonal skills.
\xc3\x98 Leadership skill
