OBJECTIVES OF POSITION To improve the employability or the ability of graduates to get a job and to reduce the unemployment rate in Malaysia among students who have just graduated. REQUIREMENTS, PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE \xc3\x98 Malaysian citizen.
\xc3\x98 Preference will be given to graduates who are currently unemployed and with no prior working experience.
\xc3\x98 Possess minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Law/Legal Studies/ Accounting/Marketing /Business Studies/ Finance/Economics/Human Resource or equivalent from a recognized university/college by Government of Malaysia.
\xc3\x98 Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
\xc3\x98 High interest in relevant local and international capital market and banking industry.
\xc3\x98 Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and willing to learn.
\xc3\x98 Possess good interpersonal skill.
\xc3\x98 Able to actively interact with all levels of people. PROGRAMME STRUCTURE Structured training will be provided as follows:
\xc3\x98 Eight (8) months of on-the-job attachment with AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad (ART).
\xc3\x98 Contract basis
\xc3\x98 No specific classroom training provided (on job training)
\xc3\x98 To be involved and help to execute, implement, coordinate, participate in activities and initiatives, events and programs, functions and day-to-day operations at the Departments and Units at ART.
