+ RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities:Manage the Contract Documents for all the awarded projects, prepare RFI, prepare RFP/RFQ document, prepare board or management paper documents.Monitors and reports the operation and performance of the organization's ICT systems and application to ensure efficiency, integrity, and security, while also identifying areas for improvement and providing solutions to any identified problems.Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely system related projects delivery.Participate in UAT & SIT for system projects.Ensure that the business application systems are developed, maintained, and supported to achieve the efficient and effective delivery of services and information.Designs and develops web applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle, designing, conducting tests, training, and documentations.Supports and develops web applications by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.Creating high-level application specifications and design documents defining appropriate technology, workflow, and integration standards for third-party application acquisitionEnsure acquired solutions meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, scalability, SAGA Standard, PR1MA Audit etc.Involved in Application Development and implementing approved IT strategies.
+ REQUIREMENTS: Requirement :Bachelor's Degree in ICT or related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in related field.
