Over the years, MFM has grown to become one of the leading flour millers in Malaysia. Outside of Malaysia, MFM also has presence in the flour milling industry in Vietnam and Indonesia. In Indonesia, MFM is one of the shareholders in PT Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia, along with Toyota Tsusho Group (Japan) and PT FKS Food and Ingredients (Indonesia).MFM ventured into the poultry feed business in 1983 and since then has expanded considerably across the poultry value chain in breeding, farming and processing, to become one of the leading poultry integrators in Malaysia.In November 2019, MFM commissioned a new state-of-the-art poultry processing plant with a processing capacity of up to 280,000 birds per day. MFM\'s group revenues in FY19 were RM2.7 billion.As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team.JOB PURPOSEResponsible to support the coordination and maintenance of JDE suite in the ERP Application System, MTech and other application systems to ensure smooth operational process. Conduct analysis to improve organisation\'s overall supply chain operations.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse and recommend improvements of the overall operations and efficiencies of JDE ERP Application Modules, MTech and other application systems to support current and meet future business requirements.
• Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users\' requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure the smooth operation of the JDE ERP application, MTech and other application systems.
• Study, analyse and prepare requirement and technical specifications based on users\' requests to develop customized reports and new or enhanced application programs within a given deadline.
• Provide and conduct pre-implementation test scenarios and test results for customised reports and new or enhanced application programs.
• Liaise and manage project or issues with in-house developers and vendor consultants to resolve issues in order to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct on-the-job training on JDE ERP application, MTech as and when required.
• Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP.
• Assist in every related area of Application system whenever required to ensure the continuous smooth running of the MIS department.
• To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Application support or related field.
• Proficient in at least 2 Modules of SAP (e.g. MM, SD, HR, FICO, Etc.).
• Proficiency in JDE/ Dynamic and INFOR is an added advantage.
• Proficient in any ERP system.
