We aspire to be a leading food manufacturing enterprise in the region and have also diversified its business from flour milling to the sale of raw materials and integrated poultry business. Its integrated poultry business includes the breeding and sale of day-old chicks, broiler and breeder farming, processing and sale of poultry products and feeds milling. With over 50 years of experience and workforce of over 2600 in Malaysia and Vietnam, as part of our expansion plans we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team.



Responsible to support the coordination and maintenance of JDE suite in the ERP Application System, MTech and other application systems to ensure smooth operational process. Conduct analysis to improve organisation\xe2\x80\x99s overall supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and recommend improvements of the overall operations and efficiencies of JDE ERP Application Modules, MTech and other application systems to support current and meet future business requirements.
• Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users\xe2\x80\x99 requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow-through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure the smooth operation of the JDE ERP application, MTech and other application systems.
• Study, analyse and prepare requirement and technical specifications based on users\xe2\x80\x99 requests to develop customized reports and new or enhanced application programs within a given deadline.
• Provide and conduct pre-implementation test scenarios and test results for customised reports and new or enhanced application programs.
• Liaise and manage project or issues with in-house developers and vendor consultant to resolve issues in order to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct on the job training on JDE ERP application, MTech as and when required.
• Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP.
• Assist in every related area of Application system whenever required to ensure the continuous smooth running of the MIS department.
• To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of working experience in Application support or related field.
