YOUR ROLE:



Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently and with professionalism. Prepare, review, and manage confidential documents, performance reports, and correspondence while maintaining a high level of discretion. Serve as the primary liaison between management, principals, and branch leaders to ensure effective communication and accurate information flow across all levels. Assist in operational planning, including preparing progress reports, monitoring branch performance, budgeting support, and KPI tracking. Support procurement processes such as verifying requirements, raising purchase requests, assessing suppliers, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery of branch necessities. Manage document movement, including official letters, internal memos, meeting minutes, invoices, and activity reports, ensuring all records are properly updated and filed. Assist the CEO and management team in preparing analytical reports, meeting presentations, and event coordination (e.g., training programs, company celebrations, and branch visits). Draft internal communications such as announcements, circulars, meeting notices, and reports for management distribution. Monitor daily branch operational effectiveness, identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure follow-ups are completed promptly. Handle ad-hoc assignments as directed by the CEO, including system improvement projects, strategic initiatives, and staff training coordination. Mengurus jadual harian Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif (CEO) termasuk penyusunan mesyuarat, temujanji, perjalanan kerja, dan urusan rasmi lain dengan teratur serta profesional. Menyediakan, menyemak dan mengurus dokumen sulit, laporan prestasi, surat-menyurat rasmi, serta maklumat dalaman syarikat dengan tahap kerahsiaan yang tinggi. Bertindak sebagai penghubung utama antara pihak pengurusan, ketua cawangan (Branch Leader / Principal), dan jabatan HQ untuk memastikan komunikasi dan maklumat disampaikan dengan tepat serta efisien. Membantu dalam perancangan strategik operasi termasuk penyediaan laporan kemajuan, penilaian prestasi cawangan, penyediaan bajet asas, serta pemantauan KPI. Menyokong proses perolehan (procurement) seperti semakan keperluan, permohonan pembelian, penilaian pembekal, dan pengesanan status pesanan bagi memastikan keperluan setiap cawangan dipenuhi tepat pada masanya. Mengurus dan memantau pergerakan dokumen seperti surat rasmi, memo dalaman, minit mesyuarat, invois, dan laporan aktiviti untuk memastikan semua rekod dikemaskini dengan betul. Membantu CEO dan pasukan pengurusan dalam penyediaan laporan analisis, pembentangan mesyuarat, serta perancangan acara syarikat seperti latihan dalaman, sambutan tahunan, dan lawatan cawangan. Menyediakan draf komunikasi dalaman seperti pengumuman, surat pekeliling, notis mesyuarat, dan laporan untuk edaran kepada pihak berkepentingan. Memantau keberkesanan operasi harian setiap cawangan dan membantu mengenal pasti sebarang isu operasi, mencadangkan penyelesaian, serta memastikan tindakan susulan diambil dengan segera. Mengurus tugasan khas yang diarahkan oleh CEO dari semasa ke semasa, termasuk inisiatif penambahbaikan sistem, projek khas, atau penyelarasan program latihan staf.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Diploma or Degree in Business Admin / Management 2-3 years' experience in administrative or executive support role. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong multitasking ability and discretion in handling information.

WORK SCHEDULE:


Monday to Friday (Leave your weekends for some me-time )
1 Saturday in a Month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
