We are looking for a proactive and organized

Executive Assistant cum Admin

to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time, on-site role encompasses administrative, clerical, and creative duties aimed at maintaining efficient office operations and supporting both staff and management functions.

Key Responsibilities



Reception & Cleaning: Maintain a welcoming front desk and ensure the workspace remains tidy and presentable. Answering Inquiries: Respond promptly to calls, DMs, and emails with accurate information and professional communication. Customer Registration: Assist with new client sign-ups and ensure all records are properly documented. Filing & Accounting: Manage payment records, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping tasks efficiently. Staff Management: Handle staff onboarding, leave records, contracts, and coordinate birthdays and internal events. Content Creation: Produce and edit engaging photos and videos for social media and marketing use. Email Marketing: Draft and send email campaigns, newsletters, and reminders to clients. Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, make bookings, and assist management with daily operations. Collaboration & Outreach: Liaise with partners and contacts to explore and coordinate collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications



Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail with strong analytical skills Experience in administrative support, scheduling, and office management Customer service experience, particularly in assisting students or clients Ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone and email Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Fluent in

English and Malay

(additional languages are a plus) Passion for education and student success Ability to work independently and as part of a team
