We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated and passionate candidates for the following position:

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities: -

Provide personalised secretarial and administrative support in a well-organised and timely manner
Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls and client management
Maintain CEO\xe2\x80\x99s office systems, including data management and filing
Able to control and manage multiple ongoing task efficiently
Making travel and accommodation arrangements for business trip and manage expenses
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff to achieve a harmonious working environment, greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication to and from the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s desk to meet the Company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
Assist to conduct presentations and/or training sessions
To prepare confidential correspondence, reports, minutes of meetings and other complex documents
Handle requests, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally
Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required

Requirements: -

Possess Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Secretarial or equivalent
Good command of both written and spoken English, Malay, Mandarin will be an added advantage
Possess high degree of confidentiality and accountability
Possess strong administrative, managerial, planning and organisation capabilities
Possess high level of communication, problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills
Attentive to details and deadlines and able to work under pressure
Possess mature, proactive, independent and multi-tasking skills
Willing to work in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur
