ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES The role is responsible to provide secretarial and administrative support for the organization. Reports To: Head of GBS HR APME Reporting Level: Individual Contributor Geographic Scope: Asia Pacific & Middle East
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Arrange and organize a meeting to support all Leadership Team/ Extended Leadership Team meeting including regional/global meeting
• Support Leadership Team / Extended Leadership Team onboarding plan
• Coordinate and drive internal Events/Internal Townhall - Culture, What\'s Up HR, Ad-hoc communication meeting
• Handle Purchase Order including expense claim
• Arrange domestic and international travel plans and accommodations (e.g. flights, hotel, car, ground transportation, upgrades, visa/passport)
• Back up EA (Executive Assistant) role of GBS KL Hub
• Office/Facility management closely work with IT/Facility/Security team.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Min 1 year of working experience either EA (Executive Assistant) or Admin. Assistant role
• Well organized and time management
• Collaboration and good communication
• High level of English
• MS Office (PPT/Excel;/Word)
• Positive attitude and willing to support others
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
• Possesses high degree of integrity, perseverance, and grace in servicing clients
• Minimum a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree holder in any relevant fields
