  • To assist CEO & CFO and C-level heads on their day to day work schedule on a daily basis
  • To manage and assist in personal errands by using staff\xe2\x80\x99s personal vehicle as well as coming up with ways to organize tasks
  • To be discreet and careful in managing company\xe2\x80\x99s matter; ensuring confidentiality
  • To organise travel plans and itineraries
  • To organise and plan meetings
  • Assist in managing databases and filing system
  • Assist to taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Assisting in Human Resources and Finance Department when required
  • Assist and take part in Community building activities
  • Additional Ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the management


Qualifications
  • Candidate to possess minimum STPM / Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
