Job Description

Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling corporate secretarial matters. Familiar in the provisions of the Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements and other relevant regulatory requirements. Good command of both written and spoken English. Good time management and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Provide support to the in-house secretarial department in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions. To discharge any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your immediate supervisor. Bachelor Degree or equivalent CGI(ICSA) qualification or related qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
