Job Description

  • Good interpersonal skill, well organized and with good communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn
Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support company's senior-level managers such as preparing internal & external documents
  • Maintain schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconference, travel and reporting deadlines
  • Manage guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
  • Record meetings discussion, minutes, formalize the information and follow up action
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
  • Cooperate with HR and IT to support the leaders in the process of integrating a new employee with the company
  • Responsible for events or welfare planning and working with champion culture within the office
