Manage and coordinate the General Manager's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports to ensure the executive is fully equipped.
Attend meetings, record detailed minutes, and track action items for follow-up.
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain an efficient filing system (both digital and physical) for easy access to information.
Monitor employee KPIs, compile performance reports, and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
Track deadlines, approvals, and project updates to support executive decision-making.
Facilitate communication and coordination across internal departments.
Provide professional support on ad hoc tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in both English and Malay.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality and trust.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
