1. Executive Support
Manage and organize the CEO's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring relevant documents and materials are prepared.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the CEO.
Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points.
2. Business & Operational Support
Assist in business planning, market research, and data analysis related to e-commerce strategies.
Monitor key projects, track progress, and provide updates to the CEO.
Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) and external partners (brands, marketplaces, logistics) to ensure smooth business operations.
Support in preparing pitch decks, reports, and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.
3. Travel & Event Coordination
Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Coordinate logistics for business events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Accompany the CEO to events, meetings, and client visits when required.
4. Confidential & Personal Matters
Handle sensitive information and documents with strict confidentiality.
Assist with personal matters, such as managing household or personal financial schedules, when required.
5. Special Projects & E-Commerce Initiatives
Support e-commerce-related projects, including marketplace expansion, digital marketing strategies, and partnerships.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights on industry trends.
Assist in managing relationships with key e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).

Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years supporting C-level or senior management in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
Calendar & Executive Support:
Strong capability in managing the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities, including last-minute changes.
Communication:
Excellent English communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia proficiency required; Mandarin is an added advantage).
Able to liaise professionally with senior management, partners and external stakeholders.
Confidentiality & Professionalism:
High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
Organisation & Attention to Detail:
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Problem-Solving & Initiative:
Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate C Levels needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, email, calendar management, presentations, and basic reporting.
Work Ethic & Flexibility:
Able to work beyond normal office hours when required; adaptable to changing priorities and urgent requests.
