Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Executive Assistant

to support CEO in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Group CEO and senior leadership team.

1. Executive & Administrative Support



Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel, and daily schedule efficiently. Prioritize requests, anticipate needs, and prepare relevant materials or briefs before meetings. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, board sessions, and investor calls. Ensure all CEO commitments are followed up and closed out on time. Handle correspondence, documentation, and approvals with discretion and speed.

2. Information & Communication Management



To work closely with all departments and companies to achieve greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication to CEO desk To assist CEO in drafting, preparation and compilation of reports, presentations, meeting materials, etc. Manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

3. Coordination with CEO Office Team



Work closely with HODs to align scheduling, reporting, and project follow-ups. Support CFO in collecting documents or data for board and financial meetings. Help maintain CEO Office dashboards, reports, and meeting rhythms. Track deliverables across departments and ensure deadlines are met.

4. Research & Preparation



Conduct light research to support CEO decisions (market info, company profiles, competitor data). Assist in preparing investor decks, media statements, or internal announcements.
5. Culture & Representation

Represent the CEO Office with professionalism and warmth -- internally and externally. Uphold the culture of excellence, discipline, and respect expected across the group. Occasionally assist in coordinating high-profile visits, company events, or CEO initiatives.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
