Executive Assistant to Director
Johor
*Salary RM 3,500 - RM 5,000*
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 years and above of relevant working experience
Meticulous, good in time management, organized person.
Responsibilities:
To prepare confidential correspondence, email reply, travel arrangements, reports, minutes of meetings.
Arrange meetings for Director's and ensure the attendees of meetings duly informed.
Monitoring of deadlines and follow-ups with respective heads of department on progress from time to time.
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
Make travel arrangements (Visa, transportation & Accommodation).
Any other duties that may assigned from superior(s) from time to time.
