This role involves Marketing and EA support to a Mortgage Broking Team.

THE ROLE

• A large part of the role will be Marketing based including
  • Editing videos for distribution on Social Media (excellence in this field sort after)
  • Creating reports for our clients
  • Creative flair to attract and engage potential Key Partners and clients
• Onboarding clients
• Managing inbound email communication
• Producing reports
• Special projects and tasks for Owner
• Accounts management
• Content creation
• Problem solving and
• Knowledge of SEO

ABOUT YOU

• You will have demonstrated excellence in the finance industry, qualifications in Finance and Banking or transferable skills.
• You will have excellence in English and have a clear English speaking voice.
• You will have a high level of computer literacy, experience in relationship and team building and an ability to educate and communicate at the highest level.
• A high level of IQ and EQ.
• You need to have demonstrated excellence in a field whose skills are transferable.
• A reliable PC and internet connection.
• Your attention to detail needs to be high as this can be the difference between a successful or unsuccessful client outcome.
• You must be ethical and genuine.
• You must be available 9am - 5 pm AEST
• The most highly regarded attributes from candidates include a wonderful attitude, desire to advance in your career and honesty.
• A desire to reach achievable goals personally, for clients and the team well-being.

• Be unable to communicate effectively in English
• Have an accent that makes deciphering your language difficult.
