About you:This position handling and supporting day-to-day sales and operations for B2B financing business. Job scopes include collaboration with dealers to monitor and execute daily APO utilization within business SOP, cross-selling insurance products, and to come out with action plans to achieve sales targets. Meanwhile to provide good support and relationship with dealers to achieve TAT benchmark for both sidesEducation: Possess at least a STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field.Job Related Experience: More than 2 years\' experience in sales and marketing position preferably in auto financing industry, including relevant product knowledge and industry market know-how.Specific Knowledge / Skills: Leadership, Analytical and Presentation skillsBusiness Understanding: Full knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle and product knowledgeYour Day-to-Day:
- Build and maintain positive work relationships with internal & external business partners to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue
- Employ knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate response, enquiries and in assisting with the resolution of issues or complaints
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper relationship management
