This role reports to Manager, Business IT Support and the successful candidate will be based in our Damansara City office. Key Responsibilities: Perform User Acceptance test as per User Requirement Specification (URS). Perform Regression and other tests to ensure no impact to Production. Coordinate with users and IT to ensure that testing is according to schedule. Do first level support and attending to queries within the service level. Primary support for Deposits (CA/SA) applications. Extract past Current/Savings/Fixed Deposit historical data for branches. Update user's manuals relevant documentation for the team and department reference. Job Requirements: Malaysian citizen. Preferably with a Degree in Business Information Systems/Banking/Accounting, or any related field. Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in the financial institution with specialization in credit or branch operations. We are also accepting applications from fresh graduates for this role as training will be provided. User acceptance testing and planning. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization. PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances and AS400 Query utility. Strong team spirit player with a positive attitude and having the drive to improve processes.
