Description1. Responsible for the maintaining and implementation of IT related application system for both strategic and BAU enhancement initiatives within the Business Support Application Section (ie Financing, Treasury and other Support System) by following System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and practices. This will include a proper definition and tracking of system requirements, deliverables, deadlines, priorities, roles, and responsibilities so that it can be executed properly and promptly.
2. Responsible on ensuring promptly technical support and assistance for relevant system within the Core Banking Application Section adhere to procedures under the IT Service Management (ITSM) which include incident, problem and change management processes.
3. Responsible to define and execute IT Technology and deliveries to minimize the number of changes to the systems hence improving the stability of the environment. This includes accountability on IT cost and IT vendor management towards a better cost saving and quality of services to the bank.
4. Responsible for planning, monitoring, execution and maintaining relationships with users and vendors to ensure continuous improvement and efficient IT operating process.
5. Responsible for compliancy to external and internal regulatory requirement.
