The newly established entity, Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Asia Pacific, will be part of the global Mercedes-Benz Group After-Sales supply chain network, covering the regional distribution hub, regional Asia Pacific functions and the center of competence supply chain steering Asia Pacific. The future Regional Logistics Centre is currently under construction and will start operations in 2023. The future Regional Logistics Centre (RLC) in Senai (Johor Bahru) will be a key facility in the global GSP Parts Logistics Network and will serve as a distribution site for spare parts to 24 countries in the Asia Pacific region. It will take care of the importation, the storage as well as the regional management of spare part and accessories distribution.

Your tasks & responsibilities:
User Management & Business Support
- Close collaboration with L1/L2/L3 support team.
- Raise escalation SNOW ticket if necessary for user to TAFP.
- User Support to MBM, MBSG and MBPLAP RLC team.
- TM Master Data Support.
Interface Management
- Daily CFT (Cross File Transfer ) Monitoring on system interfaces.
- Close collaboration with the Middleware team for CFT error rectification.
- Establishment of new CFT connections.
- Raise escalation SNOW ticket if necessary for the user to TAFP.
System Release Management
- Daily Batch run and system monitoring.
- Close collaboration / Escalation to L2 for batch job error rectification.
- Establishment of new Batch jobs requirements.
- Raise escalation SNOW ticket if necessary for the user to TAFP.
Business and System Process Support
- Close coordination work with central governance, other project teams and relevant stakeholders to achieve project objectives and goals.
- Strong support including strategic planning with the SCM team on the integration, migration and ramping up & down of existing and new logistic warehouses.
- Support the implementation including documentation of stable supply chain processes in the area of fulfilment, planning, transportation, BI and master data.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in technical majoring in Engineering, IT, Science or Supply Chain.
- Valuable previous experience in logistics and data analysis and proficient in handling large data sets.
- Min 3 years related working experience in Automotive Parts business, a strong background in IT support in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Experience.
- Some knowledge of parts business.
- SQL is essential.
- SAP Knowledge - Customer Relation Management (CRM), Enterprise Central Component (ECC), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Transport Management (TM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Knowledge in Power Business Intelligent.
- Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong command of English is required to communicate with regional countries in the Asia Pacific and MB Global GSP colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good team player, especially a good sense of intercultural communication in an international work environment.
- Able to handle multi-tasking and good decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership skill.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
