Job Title

Executive Commercial Marketing

Reports To

Assistant Manager, Commercial Marketing

Role Purpose

Executing and implementing marketing plans in accordance with the Assistance Manager of Commercial Marketing.

Key Accountability

  • To assist Assistant Manager on executing, tracking and implement campaigns (tactical, ancillary, brand) that set by Commercial and Marketing team to achieve revenue target.
  • To execute campaigns across all channels including IBE, social media, offline platforms that is relevant to the countries, ATL, BTL, digital adaption or handouts.
  • Coordinator between internal team partners during pre-campaign planning in requirement gathering, monitoring campaign deliverables and consolidating post campaign analysis for overall performance.
  • Liaising with strategic partners, internal stakeholders and key customers.
  • Monitoring the activities of marketing teams to ensure designated tasks and set targets been delivered.
  • To ensure brand standards on website and all other communications.
  • To manage the production of all marketing collaterals and visual merchandizing in connection with various product and promotion initiative.
  • Coordinating company representation at relevant conferences and exhibitions.
Qualifications & Working Experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management and other related field with 2 years of working experience.
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Management and other related field with 2 years of working experience.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field would be preferable.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing ads, platforms and campaign execution is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Airlines business & managing a team.
  • Positive attitude, dynamic and forward mindset.
  • Have sense of punctuality and responsibility.
  • People who valued teamwork, analytical and focus on problem solving.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Challenges
  • To demonstrate Marketing\'s value - Marketing is a critical business function, driving growth and creating a commercial advantage for company.
  • Understanding customers behavior - To use internal & external data on the customer\'s behaviour towards MH products & services.
  • Digital strategic - Skills gaps in analytics and content marketing and lacked working knowledge of SEO, social media and programmatic advertising.
