At least 2-3.5 years of experience in related capacity or field.

- Responsible to execute proper research and methodologies into establishing new product recipes as well as improving current processes and SOP.
- Responsible to execute approved standard processes and procedures (SOP) for new and current products.
- Responsible to manage personal schedule and complete assigned tasks according to deadline.
- Accountable to ensure the R&D activities progress as accordance to schedule
Responsible to implement quality and sensory evaluation.
Assist in implementation all new products, improvements or cost savings activities.
- Responsible to record and update all approved SOP and its amendments for new and revised products and projects.
-Responsible to record results and prepare report of all R&D activities.
-Responsible to feedback updates of R&D activities to superior.
- Maintain safe and proper documentation of all R&D activities. Maintain safe documentation and update recipe file at all times.
- Able to keep up with current food trends.
-Assist in troubleshooting throughout the R&D processes.
- Involved in exchange of ideas and contribute expertise throughout the R&D process.
- Keep updated of current culinary trends and technology.
-Responsible to ensure compliance of R&D activities according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), food safety standards and Halal requirements.
- Responsible to monitor and report quality of new and current samples and ingredients used according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), food safety standards and Halal requirements.
- Responsible to monitor and report quality, appearance and the good taste of products produced.
- Responsible to guide team members and revise process (with approval) to maintain quality, appearance and the good taste of products produced.
- Responsible to oversee and provide guidance to team members in completing assigned tasks.
- Responsible to conduct and coordinate training of production and outlet staffs throughout the process of product launching.
- Motivate and maintain good relations among R&D and production team members to increase morale and achieve higher efficiency.
- Liable to maintain high level cleanliness of the working and storage area as well as equipment.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignment and perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
