Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Oversee and lead all kitchen operations to ensure consistent quality and high standards. Design, develop, and innovate

seasonal menus

aligned with the brand's fine-dining positioning. Train, mentor, and inspire a team of professional kitchen staff to uphold service excellence. Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with

international partners

(Mandarin fluency required). Drive operational efficiency, food cost control, and overall kitchen profitability. Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards in compliance with local regulations. Collaborate closely with management on new culinary concepts and promotions.

Requirements



Minimum

5 years of experience

as an Executive Chef in luxury fine-dining establishments. Proven leadership and kitchen management experience. Fluent in

Mandarin and English

for supplier and partner coordination. Experience in

Japanese or Asian fine-dining cuisine


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
