KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Business Development
Proactively identify and secure new leads in the commercial vehicle and non-motor insurance markets.
Conduct telemarketing activities, perform follow-ups, and schedule client meetings.
Propose customized insurance solutions that align with each client's unique needs.
Relationship Management
Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
Act as the key liaison, providing timely support, advice, and problem resolution.
Travel & Networking
Travel to client sites, attend business events, and engage with industry stakeholders to grow the
business network.
Utilize personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and business pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, projections, and market insights to management.
Compliance & Industry Knowledge
Ensure all insurance offerings are compliant with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Continuously update knowledge of market trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
