Job Description

JOB PURPOSEResponsible to design, implement, improve, and maintain solutions based on cloud technologies. Will be in charge of launching and fixing cloud platforms, training teams on new cloud projects, and ensuring the security of the cloud environment. To find the best cloud-based solutions for our systems/application and manage cloud infrastructures following best practices and company security policies. Also, should have excellent problem-solving skills, keep up with industry trends, and should be a team player.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To ensure that deliverables are well managed by utilizing allocated OPEX and CAPEX budget prudently and efficiently within the approved limits.
• To ensure compliance on procurement process including tender/project award, maintenance renewal activities and payment of invoices.
• Responsible for the development and execution of strategic business initiatives and service innovation program of Bank\'s IT operation and digital services for the improvement in productivity and customer experiences towards assisting business user on meeting the business objectives.
• Responsible for the continuous support of Bank\'s IT operation and digital services on meeting productivity standard and customer satisfaction in assisting towards business user on meeting the business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT team and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design cloud architectures that align with business needs.
• Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
• Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
• Manage, monitor, and ensure all service request / change request are completed within the accepted SLA.
• All service request / change request is reviewed to ensure no disrupted to the Production System.
• Ensure adherence to compliance rules and regulations.
• Configure and maintain cloud services, including virtual machines, containers, serverless functions, networking, storage, and security.
• Design, develop, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure solutions and systems.
• Developing and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
• Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, network connectivity, and application deployments.

QUALIFICATIONSMin Education and Qualifications

• Required Associates Degree or Bachelor\'s in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science.

Relevant Experience Required

• At least 3-4 Years\' experience in the designing, implementing, and supporting Multi Cloud Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with both Windows based, and Unix based computing environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization-based computing environments.
• Experience with CI/CD Systems.
• Experience with Cloud finances aspects of cloud computing.
• Hands-on experience architecting, designing, and programming applications on the cloud.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts, including virtual private clouds (VPCs), subnets, routing, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and experience with cloud migration strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to incidents effectively.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations relevant to the organization\'s industry.
