Job Description
Job Summary
Managing overall Consignment Inventory business, practices continuous improvement strategies towards the business, department, and company, as well as practice cost effectiveness.
General Responsibilities
- To overlook and ensure monthly stock audit is planned and audited by the assistants.
- To ensure data accuracy and perform reconciliation on the consignment inventory for customer and publish monthly stock audit result to Clients & Customers.
- To document data or information in an organized and traceable manner.
- To practice LEAN and Continuous Improvement principles.
- To investigate on any discrepancy of information related to consignment inventories.
- To establish and maintain effective communication among clients, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- To ensure all assigned tasks are completed according to the given timeline within the quality standard expected of the tasks.
- To undertake other responsibilities & duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
- Understands well about the basic concept of Consignment Inventory Management.
- Understands well on the importance of inventory management.
- Proficient in SAP system and other related system required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Individual who is a strong team player, independent and proactive.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistic or related areas.
Work Experience
Minimum one to two years\' experience in similar role
