Scope of Work :- Executive - Contract Administration

  • Assist and maintain the clerical works, preparation of projects progress report/records, data entry and document filing are well recorded for internal and external purposes
  • Assist to keep track and update all incoming and outgoing contracts document and correspondence follow the specific projects
  • Assist to update day to day payment advice for all the progress payment and claims accordingly
  • Assist to check all the reimbursable expenses from in-house consultant and related authorities claim
  • To assist and check on the vendor enquiries for the payment advice request
  • To assist on ERP System entry via the SAP and Ariba system.
  • Liaise and follow up closely with finance, vendors, consultants, contractors, procurement and End-Users.
  • To assist on ad hoc works assigned by the superiors and to generally perform all administrative work.
Requirement:-
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Administration / Business Administration or any equivalent with minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Administration, customer service, clerical work, data processing or equivalent.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is highly valuable.
  • Able to work independently, multi-tasking and detailed oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
  • Knowledge in SAP& Ariba system will be an added advantage.
