Job Description

Job Responsibilities



To handle credit administration function relating to on-going, under construction projects. To handle loan arrangements, documentation, progress billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to credit admin. To ensure progressive payments are promptly collected within the agreed payment terms. To monitor timely delivery of invoices, statements and reminder letters to purchasers. To liaise with internal and external parties to resolve issues related to credit admin functions. Respond positively and professionally to customer's enquiries and work closely with other departments to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline. Prepare billing and collection report to superior. To handle sub-sale, refinancing, transfer of title and auction documents. Overall coordinator of the appointments with purchaser for the key collection with Property Management and Project team.

Job Requirements



Candidates must at least possess a Diploma/ Degree in any relevant fields. Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in

Property Developer

industry is preferred. Good in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, candidates who are able to fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage. Candidates must be willing to work in Kota Damansara area.

Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
