To handle credit administration function relating to on-going, under construction projects.
To handle loan arrangements, documentation, progress billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to credit admin.
To ensure progressive payments are promptly collected within the agreed payment terms.
To monitor timely delivery of invoices, statements and reminder letters to purchasers.
To liaise with internal and external parties to resolve issues related to credit admin functions.
Respond positively and professionally to customer's enquiries and work closely with other departments to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline.
Prepare billing and collection report to superior.
To handle sub-sale, refinancing, transfer of title and auction documents.
Overall coordinator of the appointments with purchaser for the key collection with Property Management and Project team.
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma/ Degree holder in any related field.
Candidates with Credit Admin experience in the Property Developer industry is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc)
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
