Job Purpose The role is to work on Sime Darby Property (\xe2\x80\x9cSD Prop\xe2\x80\x9d) inorganic growth, assisting with the execution of M&A/ Joint Ventures/ Strategic Partnership opportunities. The SE/ E will assist SD Prop\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Development team with the day-to-day work, which includes research analysis, financial modeling, and creating deck presentations, among others. Job Responsibilities
To ensure Purchaser\xe2\x80\x99s Loan Approval are obtained promptly.
To ensure Differential sum paid for non-cash buyer.
To obtain from Financier or Financier Solicitor for Letter of Undertaking / Letter of confirmation.
To follow up with Project Manager on Architect Certificate accordingly for billing purpose.
To ensure updating of miscellaneous charges (i.e., water, electricity, maintenance charges, quit rent and assessment) charged accordingly during HOVP.
To responsible of monitoring Purchasers Debtors and Statement.
Preparation of Clearance Letter and to ensure that all payment up to date.
To reconcile on Stakeholders monies on quarterly basis.
To ensure purchasers feedback attended to accordingly.
Responsible for billings and collection upon receipt of purchaser files from sales admin.
Liaise with Purchasers, Bankers & Solicitors on loan documentation process.
Manage Debtor Aging.

Diploma in Accounting / Business Studies.
3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of relevant working experience in property development or etc., and with 5 years Executive position
