Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Handling inquiries from External Collectors on a daily basis to support their collection activities.
  • Backend support for Internal Collectors which includes payment checking, complaints handling as well as product return requests.
  • Handle monthly commission verification for internal and external collectors to be provided to the HR Payroll team.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify irregular activity trends such as pyramid schemes, fraud activity, and identity theft.
  • Verify weekly report from External Collectors for payment list to cross-check with Statement of Account in the back-end system.
  • Compiling activity record data to be used for future reference assignment and data analysis.
  • Segregate assignment files based on Account Receivable aging to External and Internal collectors and conduct briefing on assignment requirements.
  • Provide analysis and insights on collection trends and performance, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting, including forwarding customer payment information to the Payment team and generating collection reports.
  • Maintain positive relationships with external collectors and prepare an action plan for performance monitoring.
  • Conduct briefing and discussion with External Collectors on the current updates on SOP, Promotion and etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Diploma, in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with collection agencies & customers on case basis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify payment list and commission scheme.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Mainly in Excel) and well-versed in statistical knowledge.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential customer information.
