  • Befriend with customers in order for them to trust you and take your advice. Their feedback would be the best solution to improve our company\'s progress as well as products.
  • Maintain a positive, empathic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.
  • Communicating with customers through various support.
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

; Requirements: -

  • An outgoing and friendly person who enjoys talking with people.
  • Can read and speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • With a "getting things done" attitude.
  • Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure
  • Attentiveness
  • Able to work in 7 days shift (9am-5pm) with granted of 2 off days per week.
  • Malaysian only.
