Maintain a positive, empathic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.
Communicating with customers through various support.
Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
Requirements
An outgoing and friendly person who enjoys talking with people.
Can read and speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
With a "getting things done" attitude.

Able to work in 7 days shift (9am-5pm) with granted of 2 off days per week.
