Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Daily checking on customer credibility on whether customers entitled to rent our products.
• Reviewing documents for corporate customers to ensure the establishment is deemed fit with company policies.
• Reducing collection & fraud risk on customers with bankruptcy and multiple details.
• Ensuring the rental contract agreement is signed by the customer and attached as solid proof.
• Review whether the customer is entitled to the number of units by monitoring collection history and CTOS score checking.
• Ensuring no fraud cases on each order with irregular sales.
• Assist the service team in reviewing documents such as SSM to determine whether the installation is suitable.
• Ensuring payment details are completed with payment proof attached.
• Handle rental transfer ownership to those customers that wish to transfer their product to another owner.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Diploma, in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with collection agencies & customers on case basis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify payment list and commission scheme.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to travel to various locations within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Mainly in Excel) and well-versed in statistical knowledge.
• Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential customer information.
