Job Description

Responsibilities:



Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer's expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence. Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the CS & ASK mailboxes. To perform tele sales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life) To promote company mobile app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.

Requirements:



Min SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player Good communication and interpersonal skills. Well versed in English,

Mandarin

and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
