Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Provide guidance and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle basic administrative duties (data entry, reports, documentation).
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain accurate customer records and feedback logs.
Requirements:
SPM / Diploma or higher qualification.
Strong communication skills (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
Computer literate (MS Office).
Friendly, patient, and responsible personality.
Able to work
6 days a week (rotation basis)
