About the Job: -Responsible for executing and ensuring satisfactory customer service in the company through implementing & monitoring customer service programs, managing a customer service centre, looking after and addressing customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and requirements, and improving client services at all times. Requirements: -Degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent. -Minimum 2 years\' experience in business development/ marketing in oil and gas industry. Job Responsibilities: Customer Service Express Centre -Manage on a daily basis the One-Stop Customer Service Centre, and ensure that total customer care is provided to every client yard-wide from contract award to project delivery, including client office allocation, set-up and maintenance, logistic arrangement, accommodation, manpower supply for client office, visa and immigration services, travel arrangement, administrative services, event management, among many others in order to provide the customers a pleasant, comfortable and memorable stay in MMHE during the course of the project. -Looking after the customer service aspect of each awarded project and promote among customer service centre staff a customer-focused and service-oriented attitude and disposition towards dealing with customers in order to improve client perception on MMHE and attain customer satisfaction at all times. -Liaise with and manage a group of approved service providers (hotels, transport companies, courier service, visa agents, travel agencies, cabin companies, office equipment supplier, and the like) in the delivery of service to ensure that the execution of task is in line with the company\'s customer care principle and brand promotion. -Maintain and manage state of the art client office facilities in the yard premises in order to ensure that customers are at all times provided with a first-rate office accommodation that is at par with, if not exceeding, other leading yards\' standards. Customer Relationship Management -Implement CRM activities and initiatives for Marine Business clients to attract and maintain customers with the objective of cultivating good relations with customers (e.g. clients, potential customers, local and international government and legislative bodies) to promote a positive corporate image for MMHE. -To assist any potential customers/clients visiting the yard and support the various MMHE business units (e.g. Marine Repair, Marine Conversion, Engineering & Constructions, Corporate Communications, etc.) Feedback Management -Oversee & assist the implementation the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer feedback system to know/understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 views and requirements with the objective of improving customer satisfaction and achieving a customer-focused culture in MMHE. Event Management -To assist and involve specific functions and events for internal department and business units\xe2\x80\x99 clients (e.g. Ship staff dinner, naming ceremonies and sports events) as well as campaigns and ceremonies (e.g. Customer Focus campaigns, Re-delivery ceremonies and events to celebrate staff achievements) to celebrate achievements and build team spirits among involved parties. Client Profile Database System -Updating of a centralized Client Profile database system comprising up-to-date information on customers\xe2\x80\x99 bio-data, company\xe2\x80\x99s business activities and visit records in order to know and understand customers to facilitate Management\xe2\x80\x99s decision-making in maintaining existing business relationships and securing new businesses. Internal Communications -Source & circulate Customer Relationship Information from journals/ publications and to keep management p& internal customer update.
